In-app features

  • Share Status – Share real-time GPS tracking of the trip and details like vehicle information, driver name and average rating with your family and friends for safety and tracking
  • National Helpline 999 – Exclusive to Dhaka that connects to the government’s control room where ambulances, fire service, police and government agents can be reached in case of emergencies
  • Driver Compliments – Compliments badges for driver partners for riders to show appreciation and positively reinforce good behavior
  • Multiple Destinations – Add multiple stops before or during the trip
  • Snapchat Filters – A fun feature that allows rider to enjoy Uber exclusive snapchat filters during the trip
  • Driver Stats – During trip get to know the driver partner with stats on how many trips he has taken, average rating, duration of driving with Uber and Driver Compliment badges collected.

  • Verified Drivers – Driver partners are recruited with valid documents and background checks.
  • GPS tracked trips – During the trip riders can avail the benefit of GPS tracking and share trip details through ‘Share Status’

  • Two-way feedback system – Two-way rating system that fosters mutual respect and good behavior between riders and driver partners.

  • In-app Help Section – Riders can go to the Past Trips section in-app and provide feedback on the ride.
