INGREDIENTS:

½ cup semai

1-liter milk

2 pieces cardamom

2 tablespoon pistachio crumb

1 tablespoon ghee

2.5 teaspoon CHINIGO

1 pinch salt

Process:

Make the milk half by heating it on the fire. Pour ghee in the pan and fry the semai. Cook it with fried semai, cardamom, CHINIGO, and salt. When the semai is cooked and milk is turned to condensed then take down and pour it to the bowl. At last, flourish the semai with pistachio crumb and serve it.
