INGREDIENTS

1 mid-sized cauliflower,

2 cups minced chicken meat

1 egg

1 teaspoon soya sauce

1 cup oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

Remove all the unwanted parts of the cauliflower, wash the remaining part thoroughly. Pour in 1 liter of water and salt (as needed) and bring them to a boil. Once the water is boiling, put the cauliflower in and boil it for one minute. Now take the cauliflower out and put all the minced chicken inside. Then stir the egg and soya sauce in another pot. Put that mixture on the body of the cauliflower and fry it in a nonstick pan. Finish off by adding your favorite presentation items and serve the hot and mouthwatering cauliflower fry.
