More emphasis should be given to these of natural material things that are highlighted in this report:

Use of Lemon:

Half of the teaspoon of salt and sugar should be mixed with a slice of lemon and then should be rubbed on knees and elbows. And it should be washed with warm water. Vitamin C and citric acid of lemon are too useful for brightening the skin in a natural way. On the other hand, lemon and sugar mixture helps to clean dead cells.


Vitamin C and A of papaya is useful to remove the black spot of knees and elbows. Make a paste of papaya and yogurt mixed well and rub it on the knees and elbows. Regular use of this mixture will help to reduce the black spot of knees and elbows.

Use of Oil:

Various natural oils such as olive oil, peanut oil, coconut oil and vitamin E which maintains skin moisture. Antioxidants of olive oil can recover the black and damaged skin. So every night before going to sleep you should use natural oil on knees and elbows to get benefits.

Keep Clean: 

While bathing every day you should rub knees and elbows with soap to clean well. If possible knees and elbow should be rubbed with a soft cloth. Use a scrub once a week for better results.
